Before deciding to move to Amber by Living Gems, Paul and Leanne had been talking about heading north to Queensland for some time. But it was their son moving to the Gold Coast that sealed the deal. Deciding there was no point staying in Victoria, the Slorachs got busy researching, looking for the idyllic place to begin the next chapter of their life.

Selecting the architecturally designed Condamine Home Design, construction on Paul and Leanne’s beautiful new house is scheduled to begin shortly. And the Slorachs couldn’t be happier.
“We cannot wait for our new home to be ready, so we can begin our new Lifestyle at Living Gems,” said the couple.

The couple are also looking forward to exploring the new ‘rail trail’ which extends from Logan Village to Yarrabilba.

“Moving interstate into a community of like-minded people, we know we’ll form an instant friendship base, which really appeals to us”, said the Slorachs.
They’re also keen travellers, having already completed a lap or two of Australia and are happy that they can “lock up and leave” to head off in the caravan, knowing that their neighbours and the Resort Manager will keep an eye on their home and garden.
