Construction moves full steam ahead at Living Gems Harris Crossing as first residents move in

Living Gems Harris Crossing is transforming before our eyes, as our first residents move into their home, more villas near completion, and new homeowners get ready to follow suit. Each week brings another milestone, as kitchens are installed, tiling is completed, and finishing touches are applied. It’s rewarding to see each villa evolve from a construction site into a place more homeowners will soon proudly call home.  Construction is progressing on the highly anticipated $16 million Country Club.     The only ongoing costs are:

    • Your usual household bills
    • Weekly site management fees which cover maintenance of the gardens and the full range of facilities on site.

    We have a modest weekly site fee (billed monthly) that covers the cost of operating and maintaining the resort including the Country Club, resort facilities and on-site management. These fees increase in accordance with the terms of your Site Agreement.

    If you have a Department of Veterans’ Affairs or Australian Pension Card, you may be eligible to receive a Federal Government rebate.

    Our site fees are comparable to apartment body corporate fees while offering you many more facilities to enjoy.
