With their new home being built at Amber by Living Gems, which also accommodates their 8m RV, Perry and Sally are super excited to move in and begin the next chapter of their lives.
AN AMAZING NEW LIFESTYLE AWAITS –
After selling their family home in Birkdale and doing a lap of Australia in their Winnebago, Perry and
Sally needed a new place to call home. While they had looked at several different options, Amber by Living Gems stood out as the clear winner for this adventurous couple.
Currently building a brand new RV home, Perry and Sally cannot wait for it to be completed, so they can step life up another notch.
“We’re counting down the days until we move in. We’ve done the hard yards, now it’s time to enjoy our retirement,’ says Perry.
PRIDE AND JOY PARKED UNDER THEIR ROOF
Buying their motorhome has been a big investment for Perry and Sally. They didn’t want it sitting out in the weather and they are beyond pleased that they can store it securely undercover.
“We can walk straight into the garage, put fresh food (and beer) in the fridge, turn the key and leave. It’s so easy,” says Perry.
GOODBYE TO BIG MAINTENANCE TASKS
Always looking forward to their next road trip, Perry and Sally are delighted to know that when they go away next, their front yard will be maintained and there will always be someone there to keep an eye on the house.
Perry says, “We previously had to rely on our neighbours to let us know if the lawns needed mowing or the pool was going green while we were away.
We’d then have to arrange to have it taken care of. But, at Amber by Living Gems, we don’t have to worry about any of these maintenance issues. It’s very reassuring.”
READY TO MEET THEIR NEW BEST FRIENDS
The couple is also excited about moving into a Community of like-minded people who share similar interests and aspirations.
“We love knowing that the Residents at Amber by Living Gems will be on the same wavelength as us. It’s not a retirement village – we like to get out and about and have a lot of fun,” says Perry.

Team to be amazing to deal with, answering all their questions and ensuring they always feel extremely welcome.
