First look: Living Gems Rockhampton’s spectacular Country Club revealed
A private Country Club, world-class facilities and a lifestyle that’s anything but ordinary. Take a first look at what’s coming to Living Gems Rockhampton.
Something extraordinary is taking shape at Living Gems Rockhampton, and we’re giving you an exciting first glimpse of what’s to come.
Brand-new architectural renders have revealed the impressive design of the resort’s future Country Club, showcasing beautifully appointed interiors, sophisticated leisure spaces and a whole new standard of over 50s living.
And with the spectacular Summer House preparing to welcome homeowners in time for Christmas, there’s plenty to get excited about.
A little luxury. A lot to love.
Forget stuffy country clubs and formal dress codes. This is country club living, the Living Gems way.
Beautifully appointed interiors, inviting lounges and thoughtfully designed spaces will create an atmosphere that’s sophisticated yet wonderfully relaxed.
Pull up a chair, catch up with friends or simply enjoy a little time to yourself. Whether you’re dropping in for a quick coffee or making an afternoon of it, this is a place you’ll feel right at home.
A million-dollar lifestyle, right on your doorstep
The Country Club will bring together an exceptional collection of leisure, entertainment and recreational facilities, designed to make every day a little more interesting.
Fancy a game of billiards or a cheeky drink at the bar? Perhaps a friendly competition in the ten-pin bowling alley, a film in the private cinema or an afternoon getting creative in the craft studio?
For those who love a little entertainment, the grand ballroom with its theatre stage will provide an impressive setting for performances, celebrations and community get-togethers.
There’s also a golf simulator, games room, library, coffee bar and salon, along with beautifully designed spaces to enjoy however you please.
And the best part? All these wonderful facilities will be just a short stroll from your front door.
More than a place to meet
Of course, it’s not just about what’s inside the Country Club. It’s about everything that happens there.
The unexpected conversations that turn into lasting friendships. Discovering a new hobby or rediscovering an old favourite. Spending a little quality time with visiting family or simply enjoying the freedom to do absolutely nothing at all.
At Living Gems Rockhampton, the Country Club will be a place to make your own, with all the sophistication of a private club and none of the formality.
Summer is looking spectacular!
While there’s plenty to look forward to at the Country Club, another exciting milestone is just around the corner.
The Summer House is set to open in time for Christmas, and what a summer it’s going to be!
Bringing tropical resort living to the heart of Rockhampton, this spectacular indoor-outdoor retreat features a sparkling 25m swimming pool, shallow baja shelf, sunlounges and a beautifully appointed covered terrace, all framed by swaying palms.
Imagine celebrating the festive season with family and friends, enjoying long, lazy lunches, cooling off poolside and raising a glass as the sun goes down.
And we’re planning something special to celebrate the opening!
A Summer House grand opening event is on the way, with more details to be announced soon. Stay tuned – this is one celebration you won’t want to miss.
