There’s a new place to catch up with friends, celebrate special occasions and enjoy a little friendly competition at Living Gems Moreton Bay. And the homeowners have already made it their own.

Since the handover of the resort’s new temporary recreation facility last month, residents have wasted no time putting it to good use.

Living Gems CEO Anthony Puljich officially handed over the keys to the residents marking an exciting milestone for the growing community and giving residents a space to call their own.

Affectionately nicknamed “Club Bay”, the new space is already buzzing with activity and quickly becoming a favourite gathering place for residents.

Good company and plenty to celebrate

From birthday celebrations and happy hour gatherings to community meetings and lively games of mahjong, Club Bay is already bringing residents together.

There’s plenty more on the horizon, too, with residents making plans for a darts club, crafting club and book club.

It’s a wonderful example of how a shared space can become so much more than a building. It’s somewhere to make friends, discover common interests and enjoy those little moments that make everyday life special.

The enthusiasm doesn’t stop at the Club Bay doors, either. Residents have established their own Facebook group to share updates, organise activities and keep everyone connected.

A community with plenty of get-up-and-go

There’s another welcome addition to Club Bay, too. Homeowners will now see their new community bus parked onsite, ready for future outings and adventures.

With resident inductions underway, the bus will open up even more opportunities to get out and about, explore the local area and enjoy time together.

Residents have also embraced Queensland’s Containers for Change initiative, collecting eligible containers to raise funds for future community activities.

It’s a practical, environmentally friendly way to support more of the get-togethers and activities they’re already enjoying.

The best part of Living Gems is the people

While the spectacular Country Club and other resort facilities planned for Living Gems Moreton Bay will bring even more opportunities for recreation and entertainment, Club Bay is already playing an important role in the growing community.

And perhaps that’s the most exciting part.

You don’t need to wait for everything to be finished to start enjoying the Living Gems lifestyle.

With new friendships forming, activities taking shape and homeowners enthusiastically creating their own social calendar, there’s already a genuine sense of belonging at Moreton Bay.
