Living Gems Rockhampton welcomes its first residents while construction ramps up

Our first residents are officially at home at Living Gems Rockhampton, marking an exciting new chapter for our growing community just six months after construction began. With more villas rising each week and new homeowners preparing to move in, what was a construction site only months ago is quickly transforming into a vibrant new neighbourhood. One of the resort’s most anticipated spaces, the Summer House precinct, is also making significant progress.
