What Happens When You Move In?
Congratulations, you’re ready to move into your new home! The Community Team will welcome you and go through a resort orientation with you to run you through the basics. Your utilities are connected and billed separately, and your site agreement and park rules handbook will cover these.
An established social environment comes already exists when you move into Living Gems. With plenty of facilities, there’s an active social calendar waiting for you!
