Step 2: Choose Your Home and Site

Once the resort feels right, the next step is choosing the home and site. This typically starts with scheduling a face-to-face appointment with our sales consultant where they can walk you through the masterplan, the sites available, and suggest some villas based on your preference. Remember, it’s not just about the home design — factors like site position, outlook, orientation, and proximity to key facilities can have a big impact on day-to-day living.

Step 3: Understand the Full Cost Picture

  • Welcome Pack: Your go-to guide for everything Living Gems — covering site fees, community rules, world-class facilities, and your rights as a homeowner.
  • Building Contract: This is where your new home starts to become real — confirming your chosen design. Our sales team is always on hand to walk you through any questions along the way.

Step 6: From Contract to Keys

Once contracts are signed and your deposit is received, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way through to settlement. Your sales consultant will provide regular updates so you always know where things stand. When the day arrives, you’ll receive your keys and officially become part of the Living Gems community.

What Happens When You Move In?

Congratulations, you’re ready to move into your new home! The Community Team will welcome you and go through a resort orientation with you to run you through the basics. Your utilities are connected and billed separately, and your site agreement and park rules handbook will cover these.

An established social environment comes already exists when you move into Living Gems. With plenty of facilities, there’s an active social calendar waiting for you!
