For those seeking a more challenging workout, interval training —alternating between high and low intensity — can significantly enhance your endurance and burn more calories.

Exercise bikes

Cycling is a low-impact exercise that’s gentle on the joints, making it perfect for all fitness levels. Our exercise bikes offer a range of settings, from leisurely rides to intense hill climbs. You can also participate in virtual cycling tours, turning your workout into an adventure.
