You’re welcome to come and go as you please, pop by for a quick coffee or stay and enjoy the day. Free and easy parking is available along Norman Road.

Do I need to register, or can I just turn up on the day?
Registration is essential. To secure your attendance, please book online.
Is there any cost to attend?
Not at all — the event is completely free, including your guided tour and refreshments. All we ask is that you register so we can plan numbers and catering.
How does the day actually work?
Your host will walk you through the home designs, finishes and floor plans, and you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions over a coffee or afternoon drink. Our helpful team will be on hand to help you secure your dream villa.
Where do I park?
Free and easy parking will be available along Norman Road. Further communications will be shared regarding the exact address. Please arrive in good time so you don’t miss your group.
Can I bring my partner, a friend or family member?
Absolutely — most guests come as a couple or bring a friend. Please include everyone in your booking so we can prepare for your arrival.
Can I reserve or buy a villa at the event?
You can certainly start the conversation. With over 50% of Stage One already sold, our sales team will be on hand to talk through availability, pricing and next steps if you find a home you love.
