Living Gems Caboolture August Construction Update

Construction of the Living Gems Caboolture clubhouse is progressing steadily.

The fence around the clubhouse precinct has been erected, the structural steel supports for the roof are in place, ready for the roof trusses, and the blockwork for the main building is almost complete.

Things are moving along with the construction of the Living Gems Caboolture clubhouse precinct.


Blockwork is well underway. Here’s the view to the kitchen and beyond.

Construction at Living Gems Toowoomba is progressing well.

The tennis court slab has been poured and is on track for completion.


The concrete slab for the clubhouse is complete, the trusses are on the bowls green roof, and the swimming pool blockwork is complete and ready for the roof trusses.

Living Gems Caboolture Construction Update

We are excited to report that construction on our Caboolture Clubhouse precinct is progressing well and on track to completion.

Currently the under slab plumbing and electrical is finished, as is the pool excavation, with steel work currently in progress. Over half of the footings have been dug out and poured. Block work will commence by the end of May (weather permitting).

For the safety of residents and guests, we ask that you please do not enter the construction zone at any time. Please also note that the front entry and exit gates will remain open during the day while the final road sections are completed over the next week. Once this is finished, all trades will be required to enter through the construction entry at the eastern end of the site.
