Currently the under slab plumbing and electrical is finished, as is the pool excavation, with steel work currently in progress. Over half of the footings have been dug out and poured. Block work will commence by the end of May (weather permitting).
For the safety of residents and guests, we ask that you please do not enter the construction zone at any time. Please also note that the front entry and exit gates will remain open during the day while the final road sections are completed over the next week. Once this is finished, all trades will be required to enter through the construction entry at the eastern end of the site.
