Queensland family owned and operated business, Living Gems, is celebrating after receiving an award at the Master Builders Housing and Construction Awards last Friday, July 12.
General Manager Vlad Pullich said that the company humbly accepted the Master Builders Housing and Construction Award for the ‘Tourism and Leisure Facilities up to $10 million’ category for the Living Gems Caboolture country club.
Mr Pullich said that he is very excited to have received this award as his team had worked very hard to see this project completed to the highest standard.
“We are absolutely honoured to have been recognised in such a tremendous fashion. This award represents the culmination of years of hard and dedicated work.”
Living Gems completed the $8 million project in May 2018. The country club is fitted with a lounge, bar, ballroom and a cinema.
Other facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, ten pin bowling alley, BBQ pavilion, gym, bowling green, tennis court, virtual golf, games room, hair salon, library, music room, workshop plus an art and craft studio.
Mr Pullich said Living Gems had brought a high-quality of housing and lifestyle to Caboolture.
