Living Gems takes out a Queensland trifecta

Living Gems has been awarded a third Master Builders’ award in a month. The country clubs at the Caboolture, Toowoomba and Pacific Paradise resorts have wowed industry judges with their impressive features.

The third award for best Tourism and Leisure Facilities was presented last Saturday, 11 August at the Sunshine Coast MBA evening for the architecturally designed and state-of-the-art Living Gems Pacific Paradise country club.

General Manager Vlad Pullich said these three awards mean a great deal to his family and staff; whom have all worked tirelessly to see each project through to the highest standard of completion. Winning the treble is a Living Gems first in their 30 year history of building lifestyle resorts.

“We are thrilled that our three brand new, purpose built country clubs have been recognised as the best in their regions against industry peers.”

“The individual designs are inspired by the immense competition in the lifestyle resort sector. It has driven us to develop and construct the next evolution in recreational facilities for the over 50s market.”

“We look forward to our home owners making use of these wonderful facilities,” said Mr Pullich.

The Living Gems country clubs are sensational, being home to over 20 different recreational facilities. Popular aspects of each design include the indoor heated magnesium swimming pool at Toowoomba, the three-lane ten pin bowling alley at Caboolture and the second story balcony at Pacific Paradise; the perfect place to watch the sunset.
